Reservation
- Make advance reservations via telephone or book online.
- Advance payment in cash, deposit, or online payment is mandatory for confirmed reservations.
- Read and understand the cancellation policy before confirming the reservation
- Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated.
- Once a rate is selected and the transaction is executed, no other rate is applicable, either higher or lower. No refunds are admissible.
- Estimated cost for stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and fees.
- Actual taxes, fees, and cess at the time of stay may vary from estimates.
- Currency conversions provided are estimates.
- The bill on check-out will be charged in the hotel’s local currency. Payments can be made through valid credit cards.
- Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations based on fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity.
- Promotion/sale rates are restrictive and non-refundable. Some rates may not permit changes to the hotel booking.
- Limited inventory available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Hotel reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions without notice.
- Extra services not included in the offer are available at an additional charge.

Occupancy

Deposit/ Online Payment
- The deposit/online payment, equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay, is required in advance to secure a confirmed reservation.
- Accepted payment methods for the deposit include Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard. For alternative payment modes, please contact the hotel’s reservations.
- Corporate reservations must be secured using a company credit card. For alternative payment methods for corporate reservations, please contact Hotel’s Reservation.
- Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to qualify for a deposit refund, as specified in the cancellation & early checkout policy.
Cancellation
- If you cancel 7 days before your reservation, you are eligible for a 50% refund
Refund Policy
- If you cancel a refundable booking, it may take two to four weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. This processing time is influenced by your credit card company's billing cycle and the bank's processing time. The refund amount depends on factors like the hotel's cancellation policy, the timing of your cancellation, and any applicable processing fees
- If your reservation isn't confirmed, we won't charge anything to your credit card, and we'll release any held amount right away. After we do this, it might take two to four weeks for the bank to process the refund and show the refunded amount on your credit card.
Check In
- The standard check-in time is 12:30 PM. If you plan to arrive late, kindly call for instructions on the procedures.
- Check-out is at 11 Am
- You can check in or out early, but you need to arrange it in advance, and it depends on availability. Just let us know beforehand, and we'll confirm it for you.
Kids and Babies
- Children (up to 5 years old) can stay with their parents for free without requiring an extra bed.
- Children aged 5 to 12 will incur an additional charge.
- Children aged 12 and above will be considered young adults, and the standard reservation charges will apply.
